Covered resistance tubes are designed to enhance durability and ensure safety during workouts. Each tube is enclosed in a stretchy black nylon sleeve that protects against nicks, cuts, and overstretching, while the plastic handles equipped with foam grips provide stability and comfort. The set includes six color-coded resistance levels, ranging from extra light to ultra heavy, which are clearly displayed on the nylon handle straps. The interior tubing measures 48 inches in length. The resistance specifications are as follows: extra light (orange) offers 4-15 lbs., light (lime green) provides 7-27 lbs., medium (red) delivers 9-34 lbs., heavy (light blue) supports 12-45 lbs., extra heavy (purple) enables 18-71 lbs., and ultra heavy (gray) accommodates 22-85 lbs.
