Each tube offers six color-coded resistances that are clearly marked on the nylon handle straps: extra light (orange) with a resistance of 4 - 15 lbs, light (lime green) at 7 - 27 lbs, medium (red) with 9 - 34 lbs, heavy (light blue) at 12 - 45 lbs, extra heavy (purple) providing 18 - 71 lbs, and ultra heavy (gray) reaching 22 - 85 lbs. The interior tube measures 48 inches in length, similar to the Versa Tube, and is sold individually, with racks available for storage.
