Covered resistance tubes are designed for durability and protection, featuring a stretchy black nylon sleeve that safeguards the tubing from nicks, cuts, and overstretching. Each tube comes with plastic handles that incorporate a foam grip for enhanced stability and comfort. The kit includes six color-coded resistances, which are clearly marked on the nylon handle straps for easy identification. The interior tube measures 48" in length, similar to the Versa Tube, and is available for individual sale, with optional racks offered. The resistance levels include Extra Light (orange, 4 - 15 lbs.), Light (lime green, 7 - 27 lbs.), Medium (red, 9 - 34 lbs.), Heavy (light blue, 12 - 45 lbs.), Extra Heavy (purple, 18 - 71 lbs.), and Ultra Heavy (gray, 22 - 85 lbs.).
