This water-based urethane sealer and finish is designed to protect hard surface floors, including new and old concrete, slate, quarry tile, terrazzo, and marble, and is resistant to various chemicals. It features a versatile formulation that adheres to multiple hard surfaces, providing long-lasting protection and abrasion resistance. The product is strippable and labor-saving, requiring fewer coats due to its high solids content. It is recommended for use on all types of stone flooring, resilient tile, quarry, and non-glazed ceramic tile. For restorative maintenance, it is essential to thoroughly remove all old wax, finish, and soil from the floor surface, ensuring it is clean, dry, and free of residue before application. The finish should be applied in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic or microfiber mop, with a recommended minimum of four coats, allowing 30 to 45 minutes of drying time between coats. Routine maintenance involves sweeping large debris, dust mopping, and damp mopping or automatic scrubbing with a Betco floor cleaner, with options to buff or burnish for enhanced gloss. For interim maintenance, the floor should again be swept and dust mopped, followed by a top scrub using Daily Scrub SC with a maroon pad, allowing for the application of 1 to 2 additional coats as needed.
