Cryogenic vials are designed for the long-term storage of samples in extreme environments, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -196°C. These thick-walled tubes feature silicone O-rings for a leakproof seal and are sterilized by gamma irradiation, ensuring they are RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and endotoxin free. Each vial has a capacity of 5 ml and comes with printed graduations and a marking area for easy identification. The self-standing Starfoot base allows for easy handling, and each case includes a 50-place locking rack, facilitating one-handed cap installation and removal. The kit contains ten resealable bags, each holding 50 tubes. The cryogenic vials are suitable for LN2 gas phase storage only and are not intended for liquid phase use.
