Cryogenic vials are the ideal choice for long-term storage of samples in the harshest environments, capable of maintaining their seal at temperatures as low as -196°C, thanks to the thick-walled design and leakproof silicone O-rings. Sterilized by gamma irradiation, MTC Bio cryogenic vials are specifically engineered to hold, store, and preserve biological materials for extended periods, ranging from days to decades. The vials feature externally threaded caps with silicone O-rings, a volume of 1 ml, printed graduations, and a marking area for easy identification. Each vial is self-standing due to the Starfoot base, which mates perfectly with the included 50-place locking rack, allowing for one-handed installation and removal of caps. The package includes 10 resealable bags, each containing 50 tubes, ensuring a total of 500 vials for comprehensive storage solutions. Please note that these vials are suitable for LN2 gas phase only and are not intended for liquid phase applications.
