Cryogenic vials are the ideal choice for long-term storage of samples in the harshest environments, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -196°C. These thick-walled tubes feature silicone O-rings that ensure a leakproof seal. MTC Bio cryogenic vials come gamma sterilized and are designed to hold, store, and preserve biological materials effectively for extended periods, whether days, weeks, years, or decades. Each vial includes a self-standing Starfoot base that allows for easy cap installation and removal with one hand. The product specifications include internally threaded caps with silicone O-rings, a capacity of 1 ml, printed graduations, and a marking area. In addition, each case contains 10 resealable bags of 50 tubes and a free, 50-place locking rack. The vials are RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and endotoxin free, with a note that they are suitable for LN2 gas phase only and not for liquid phase.
