The AdvantageLift™ is a durable "on/off" permanent rare earth lift magnet designed for heavy-duty industrial environments, incorporating advanced safety features to protect both workers and equipment. This magnet features a lateral handle operation, providing an ergonomic advantage by allowing users to move the handle in and out instead of pulling or pressing a release button or lever. It is compatible with a tubular bar or pipe, which serves as a "cheater bar" for easy activation, minimizing the need to bend over when lifting steel from pallets or the floor. A locking lifting bail prevents the handle from rotating to the "off" position while under load, ensuring safe operation, while recessed labels enhance durability. The AdvantageLift™ can lift flats both horizontally and vertically with the vertical lift bail and supports custom pole shoes with 1/4"-20 tapped holes, 1/2" deep. It features swiveling lift bails and operates within a temperature range of -10°F (-23°C) to 180°F (82°C). With a 3:1 design factor, it complies with ASME B30.20 BTH-1 design category B service class 3 standards, ensuring a reliable lifting solution for various applications.
