Compacta semi-automatic horizontal rotating ring stretch wrappers are specifically engineered for low- to mid-volume production, catering to the bundling of long, narrow products such as wood molding, aluminum, plastic extrusion, tubing, textiles, and carpet. These wrappers feature safe and straightforward operation with automatic film clamping and cutting, along with constant film tensioning that enhances package integrity and minimizes film breaks. The kit includes a film carriage unit with a direct breaking transmission roller that is adjustable at any time for easier spool loading and film insertion to the maximum capacity, equipped with a locking and quick release mechanism for the spool. It also has an automatic dual rod clamping and cutting system that fully automates the wrapping process. The start and stop pedal allows for full safety when initiating the wrapping program, while the operator interface includes a control panel with single-purpose knobs and buttons for tension and speed control. Further emphasizing safety, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop push button, is CE compliant, and includes double lateral guides with adjustable sides.
