Compacta semi-automatic horizontal rotating ring stretch wrappers are engineered for low- to mid-volume production, making them ideal for bundling long, narrow products such as wood molding, aluminum, plastic extrusion, tubing, textiles, and carpet. These machines provide safe and simple operation with automatic film clamping and cutting features. Compactas incorporate constant film tensioning to enhance package integrity and minimize film breaks. The film carriage unit includes a direct breaking transmission roller that is adjustable, facilitating easy spool loading and film insertion up to a maximum size, while the spool carriage device ensures locking and quick release of the spool. The cutting and clamp unit features an automatic dual rod clamping and cutting system, fully automating the wrapping process. The system is initiated safely via a start and stop pedal, and the operator interface comes equipped with a control panel featuring single-purpose knobs and buttons for precise tension and speed control. Safety is prioritized with an emergency stop push button, CE compliance, and adjustable double lateral guides. Certified installation is available through the manufacturer.
