The Rotoplat 708 with Cube Technology is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper featuring an intuitive seven (7) inch color touchscreen for easy operation. It incorporates Cube Technology, resulting in a 30-55% reduction in film usage, and includes the R-Connect system with a 36-month initial cellular data plan to provide usage and performance data via the cloud. The machine can save six unique load configurations and boasts a 65" turntable with 28 support bearings, supporting a maximum weight of 4400 lbs and a wrap height of 110". The PVS carriage features a powered stretch system controlled by two motors, with an adjustable stretch ratio from 50-400% and force controlled by a patented electronic device. For environments requiring high hygiene, a stainless steel version is available, suited for processing wet or cold applications, making it ideal for meat, poultry, fish, dairy, and beverage industries where food safety is critical. The machine includes several safety features such as an anti-fall device on the carriage and a pressure activated safety stop, ensuring CE compliance and UL, CUL certification.
