The LegendViz® traffic sign features an LED-illuminated legend for improved visibility at night and includes the LegendViz® BlinkerSign® 24/7, which enhances safety with flashing perimeter LEDs. Both signs have demonstrated a legibility distance increase of up to 100 percent compared to standard traffic signs, based on research by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI). Key features include enhanced sign legibility without the need for retroreflectivity or headlights, quick and easy one-person installation, and a legend that is illuminated from dusk to dawn. The perimeter LEDs automatically adjust brightness based on ambient light, ensuring optimal performance, while providing over 7 days of solar autonomy. The sign offers flexible power options with Solar 13/28 or AC configurations and complies with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Made in the USA, the sign's dimensions are 30"x30" and it utilizes 3M™ DG3 translucent sheeting with a legend of R1-1. An optional large pole banding kit for round poles with a diameter of 6" OD or greater is available for separate purchase, along with an anti-vandal tri-groove socket.
