The NextPette™ development project, initiated with feedback from various researchers and technicians, has led to the creation of an ultra-lightweight and ergonomic pipettor that maintains durability, accuracy, and precision. The kit includes pipettors in various models (1µL, 10µL, 20µL, 200µL, 5000µL, 1000µL, and 10,000µL), each featuring an easily accessible volume adjustment system that allows for one-handed adjustment with the user's thumb. The volume display is strategically positioned on the side facing the user, eliminating the need to rotate the pipettor to view the settings. Additionally, the asymmetrically designed plunger button can be adjusted to fit individual preferences, rotating between wider and narrower contours. Constructed from carefully selected materials, the NextPette™ includes precision stainless steel plungers for select models and ceramic for others, all equipped with durable PTFE seals. Designed for easy disassembly and maintenance, the pipettors come with silicone lubricant for smooth operation, and users can recalibrate the pipettors conveniently in the lab without tools. The entire pipettor is autoclavable, ensuring compliance with high standards of cleanliness and durability.
