The NextPette™ pipettor, developed with input from a diverse group of researchers and technicians, is designed to be ultra-lightweight and ergonomic while maintaining durability, accuracy, and precision. It features an accessible volume adjustment system that allows for quick volume selection, with a uniquely positioned volume dial above the handle enabling easy one-handed adjustment by the user's thumb. The volume display is conveniently located on the side facing the user, eliminating the need to rotate the pipettor to check the volume. Additionally, the pipettor includes an innovative asymmetrical plunger button that can be rotated for user comfort, allowing for customization between a wider traditional feel and a narrower thumb-shaped contour. Made from carefully selected materials, the NextPette™ ensures minimal weight and long-lasting durability, with internal components that include precision plungers made from stainless steel for models ranging from 1µL to 10,000µL and ceramic for models from 20µL to 1,000µL, all equipped with durable PTFE seals. The design facilitates easy disassembly for maintenance, and each pipettor comes with silicone lubricant for optimal performance. Recalibration can be performed in the lab without tools, with detailed instructions provided in the manual. The entire unit is autoclavable, ensuring compliance with lab standards and ease of sterilization.
