The Series TX analytical balances are advanced instruments in the Accuris line, featuring a large, high-resolution touch screen that provides users with an icon-based menu system for quick and intuitive access to a variety of functions. The balances utilize a precisely engineered electromagnetic force restoration (EFR) weigh cell that accurately determines masses to sub-milligram levels. Two models are available: the W3102A-220, which has a maximum capacity of 220g and a readability of 0.1 mg, and the W3002A-120, a semi-micro class balance with a maximum capacity of 120g and a readability of 0.01mg up to 62g. An internal calibration system ensures the balance is always calibrated, with options for auto-calibration set to specific time intervals based on user preference. The EFR weigh cell contains a high-resolution thermal probe that compensates for slight temperature fluctuations. A USB port allows for data storage via flash drives, facilitating easy data transfer to computers. Series TX models come equipped with adjustable feet and a leveling bubble to ensure proper installation, with the semi-micro model requiring setup on a stable surface, such as a marble slab table, for optimal performance. Additionally, the AccuCheck system combines the TX touch screen analytical balance with an anti-evaporation trap accessory and built-in pipette calibration software, enabling easy compliance with the ISO 8655 method of pipette calibration. The intuitive user interface of the AccuCheck software requires no special training, and it allows for the internal database to save individual pipette details, including brand, model, and serial number, for current and future calibrations.
