Accuris™ analytical balances utilize electromagnetic sensor technology and precision mechanical components for superior weight determinations to a fraction of a milligram, with two capacity ranges available for weighing samples up to 120g or 210g. Both ranges feature a readability of 0.0001g (0.1mg), along with accuracy and linearity specifications that align with industry-leading brands. The W3100 balances provide quick tare and stabilization, delivering immediate results, and include an optional "Quick-Cal™" internal calibration feature for convenient calibration without a standard weight. The weighing chamber is enclosed by a glass draft shield with sliding doors for easy access, and the rear leveling feet extend laterally for added stability, aided by a sensitive leveling bubble. The software supports various modes tailored for basic weighing in grams, ounces, or carats, piece count weighing, percent deviation determination, and check weighing for component inspection. The large, backlit LCD control panel enhances usability, while a full line of calibration weights, including a 6 piece, class E2 set made from highly polished stainless steel weights ranging from 100mg to 100g, is available for confirmation of proper calibration and linearity checks across the balance's full weighing range. The balances also feature an RS232 port for data output to a computer or printer.
