Accuris™ compact balances are designed to meet the fundamental needs of academic and research labs, offering weight determinations with a readability of 0.01g for lower capacity models (120g, 300g, and 500g) and 0.1g for larger capacity models (1000g, 5000g, and 10,000g). These balances utilize reliable weighing technology with gold-plated, ceramic capacitors for precise sample mass determination. The lower capacity units are equipped with a draft shield ring to mitigate air current effects and feature a 4.5-inch diameter stainless steel weigh pan, while the higher capacity models have larger pans ranging from 6.3 to 7 inches and do not include a draft shield. All models come with brightly lit LCD panels and an intuitive, splash-resistant control panel that facilitates easy operation. They offer multiple mode options for weight display in grams, ounces, carats, along with simple programs for piece counting and percent deviation weighing. Leveling feet located at the front and an easily visible leveling bubble in the control panel simplify setup. Calibration is made straightforward with a calibration weight and a few keystrokes. Additionally, these balances include an RS232 port for data output to a computer or printer, ensuring flexibility in data management.
