RetroBasics™ 5/6" LED trim kits offer an efficient and low-maintenance lighting solution utilizing LED technology, designed for both 5" and 6" housings. The kit includes five switchable white color temperatures selectable via a switch: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K CCT, with a color rendering index (CRI) of 90, factory preset at 3000K CCT. It features dimmable flicker-free operation from 100% to 10% and a non-conductive thermal plastic trim suitable for dead front applications. The low-profile design is optimized for wider fixture spacings, offering both baffle and smooth trim options for a traditional or modern aesthetic. The trim incorporates a Quick Connect plug for effortless electrical connections, with torsion springs pre-installed for compatibility in most 5" or 6" recessed housings. Ideal for retrofit applications or new construction with Quick Connect housings, this adjustable trim allows users to aim the light for accenting artwork and architectural details, and is suitable for IC-rated installations that are in direct contact with insulation. The LED trim maintains at least 70% light output for 50,000 hours, ensuring longevity and reliability in lighting performance.
