The Adjustable Ball Valve Lockout Kit is designed for quarter-turn ball valves commonly found in industrial settings. This lightweight and durable device is made from Zenex™ thermoplastic, which can withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures. It effectively locks out valves ranging from 1/2in (13mm) to 2in (51mm), helping to prevent accidental activation of closed ball valves. The kit includes a removable insert that accommodates a wide range of handle designs and dimensions, and it features four lock holes that accept all American Lock® and Master Lock® safety padlocks. Additionally, the lockout kit allows for the use of an S806 cable lockout for enhanced security.
