The Mars® high-NRC acoustical ceiling panels are fine-textured panels crafted to achieve superior noise reduction (NRC) and noise isolation (40 CAC), featuring ClimaPlus® performance. Constructed from wet-formed mineral fiber, these panels have a high light-reflective finish (LR-.90) that minimizes light fixture needs and energy consumption. They are designed with a washable and scrubbable finish, utilize a plant-based binder, and exhibit exceptional impact and scratch resistance. The non-directional, monolithic visual aids in reducing installation time and waste, and they coordinate visually with Halcyon® acoustical panels for both open- and closed-plan applications. Additionally, these panels are compatible with Logix® integrated ceiling systems and offer a ClimaPlus® 30-year lifetime system warranty against visible sag, mold, and mildew. With high recycled content options and low emissions, they meet the CA Specification 01350 standard practice for VOC emission testing and have a Class A fire rating. These panels are suitable for a variety of applications including administrative offices, classrooms, convention and meeting rooms, department stores, executive areas, galleries, guest rooms, lobbies, mall interiors, media centers, nurseries, open plan offices, and patient rooms.
