The pack includes 500 externally threaded cryogenic vials with a capacity of 4.5ml and a round base, designed specifically for the storage of samples at temperatures as low as -196°C. These vials are manufactured from polypropylene and feature a large white frosted labeling area for easy identification, along with silk screen graduations for precise measurements. Each vial comes with a leak-proof HDPE cap and has an internal U-shaped bottom to facilitate sample retrieval. The vials are DNase, RNase, and pyrogen-free, and are radiation sterilized for added safety. It is important to note that while these vials can be used in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen, they are not recommended for use in the liquid phase.
