Fine-textured panels designed to offer the highest standard in noise reduction or noise isolation, Mars® high-NRC acoustical ceiling panels feature ClimaPlus® performance with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating that ensures optimal sound absorption and a Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) of 40. Made from wet-formed mineral fiber, these panels include a high light-reflective finish (Light Reflectance LR-.90) that reduces the need for light fixtures and energy use, and are both washable and scrubbable. The use of a plant-based binder enhances their durability, while being impact and scratch-resistant ensures a long-lasting aesthetic. They coordinate visually with Halcyon® acoustical panels for versatile applications, and the non-directional, monolithic visual reduces installation time and waste. Additionally, they are compatible with Logix® integrated ceiling systems and offer a ClimaPlus® 30-year lifetime system warranty against visible sag, mold, and mildew. These panels are available with high recycled content (HRC) and are a low-emitting product, compliant with CA specification 01350, confirming they meet the California Department of Health Services standard practice for testing of VOC emissions.
