The 40-4080 is a 1-9/16"W x 3-1/8"H 40 Series rectangular T-slot profile featuring six open T-slots, with two on each 3-1/8"H face and one on each 1-9/16"W face. This profile is designed to be smooth, ensuring resistance to dirt and debris buildup while being easy to clean. It is compatible with 40 Series fasteners and is regarded as the heavy-duty option within the 40-4080 profile family. The center cavity of the profile can be pressurized up to 1.034 N/mm² (150 PSI), making it suitable for various applications including workspaces, machine guards, displays, and panel mount racks.
