The 40-4080-UL is a rectangular T-slot profile measuring 1-9/16"W x 3-1/8"H, featuring six open T-slots—two on each 3-1/8"H face and one on each 1-9/16"W face. Designed with a smooth surface, this profile is resistant to dirt and debris buildup, allowing for easy cleaning. It is compatible with 40 Series fasteners and is the lightest option within the 40-4080 profile family. Additionally, the center cavity of the profile can be pressurized up to 1.034 N/mm² (150 PSI), making it suitable for various applications such as workspaces, machine guards, displays, and panel mount racks.
