The 40-4080-UL is a 1-9/16"W x 3-1/8"H 40 Series rectangular T-slot profile featuring six open T-slots—two on each 3-1/8"H face and one on each 3-1/8"W face. This smooth profile is designed to resist dirt and debris buildup, ensuring easy cleaning. It is fully compatible with 40 Series fasteners and is the lightest option within the 40-4080 profile family. The center cavity of the profile can be pressurized up to 1.034 N/mm2 (150 PSI), making it suitable for various applications such as workspaces, machine guards, displays, and panel mount racks.
