The G-Tek® seamless knit Polykor® blended glove with a silicone-coated flat grip on the palm and fingers is designed specifically for glass manufacturing. The glove features seamless construction for increased comfort and breathability, along with a premium Polykor® blended shell that is lightweight, offering excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity, and cut resistance. The silicone-coated palm and fingers provide a secure grip in dry conditions, ensuring excellent dexterity and heat protection, while the silicone material does not absorb liquids and can be easily wiped off to enhance grip. Additionally, the knit wrist helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, and the color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. This glove complies with ASTM F1060-08 level 1 contact heat, with a silicone coating that is food safe and provides superior gripping properties in both wet and dry environments. The glove has a 13-gauge knit, indicating the number of rows of stitches per inch, which correlates to less bulk and greater dexterity. The ANSI cut level is A7, with testing conducted per the ASTM F2992-15 new edition ANSI/ISEA 105-2016, which establishes a revised scale from A1-A9. The EN 388 2016 results show an abrasion score of 4, a coupe cut rating of X, a tear score of 4, a puncture score of 2, and a TDM-100 cut score of F. Impact protection is rated as X. The ANSI abrasion level is 6, based on ASTM D3389-10, with the number of cycles indicating greater abrasion resistance. The ANSI puncture level is rated at 3.
