The G-Tek® Seamless Knit Polykor® Blended Glove with Silicone Coated Flat Grip on Palm & Fingers is designed specifically for glass manufacturing, featuring seamless construction that enhances comfort and breathability. It is made from a lightweight Polykor® blended shell that provides excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity, and cut resistance. The silicone-coated palm and fingers ensure a secure grip in dry conditions while offering heat protection, and the silicone material does not absorb liquids, allowing for easy cleaning. The knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, and color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. The gloves meet the ASTM F1060-08 Level 1 contact heat standard and are food safe, featuring superior gripping properties in both wet and dry environments. With a gauge of 13, these gloves have a higher density of stitches per inch, leading to less bulk and greater dexterity. They have an ANSI cut level of A7 according to the ASTM F2992-15 New Edition ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 test method, with EN 388 2016 results showing abrasion rating of 4, cut (Coupe Test) of X, tear of 4, puncture of 2, cut (TDM-100 Test) of F, and impact protection of X. The gloves also exhibit an ANSI abrasion level of 6 as determined by ASTM D3389-10, indicating high abrasion resistance, and an ANSI puncture level of 3.
