The G-Tek® seamless knit Polykor® blended glove features a silicone-coated flat grip on the palm and fingers, making it ideal for use in glass manufacturing. The glove's seamless construction enhances comfort and breathability, while the lightweight Polykor® blended shell offers excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity, and cut resistance. The silicone coating on the palm and fingers ensures a secure grip in dry conditions, provides excellent dexterity, and offers heat protection, with the added benefit that silicone does not absorb liquids and can be easily wiped off to maintain grip. A knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, and color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. The glove meets ASTM F1060-08 Level 1 contact heat standards and is constructed from food-safe material with superior gripping properties in both wet and dry environments. It has a 13-gauge construction, with a higher gauge indicating less bulk and greater dexterity. The glove is rated ANSI cut level A7, based on the ASTM F2992-15 testing method, and its EN 388 2016 results are 4X42FX, indicating abrasion resistance of 4, cut resistance (coupe test) of X, tear resistance of 4, puncture resistance of 2, and cut resistance (TDM-100 test) of F, with no impact protection. Additionally, the glove has an ANSI abrasion level of 6, as per the ASTM D3389-10 testing method, indicating high abrasion resistance. The ANSI puncture level is rated at 3.
