The G-Tek® seamless knit Polykor® blended glove with D3O® impact protection and nitrile microsurface coated palm and fingers is specifically designed for handling and assembly of medium to large parts and materials, as well as applications in metal fabrication, parts cleaning, mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, and medium to heavy fastening and anchoring. The glove features a seamless construction that enhances comfort and breathability, while the Polykor® blended shell is lightweight and provides excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity, and cut resistance. The microsurface coating is impermeable, offering an elevated grip in both dry and oily conditions, thanks to thousands of tiny suction cup pockets that create a vacuum effect to disperse fluids on contact. D3O® impact protection is integrated into the back-of-hand area, dispersing impact force energy away from the knuckles and fingers without compromising dexterity, achieving ANSI 138 level 3 impact protection. The bright coloring of the glove promotes worker compliance and visibility, and it is touchscreen compatible, allowing users to operate devices without removing the gloves. Additionally, the knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, and color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. The liner material, constructed with Polykor® engineered yarn, is suited for protection against mechanical hazards in demanding environments, while nitrile, utilized for the coating, provides excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance, as well as resistance to hydrocarbon-based oils and solvents. The microsurface grip enhances performance for industrial tasks involving oily parts.
