The Edge-O-Dock leveler is designed for permanent attachment to the face of a dock, which should be at least 48 inches high for optimal operation. It includes bumpers and installation instructions, with standard ramping at 29 inches; models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 feature ramping at 29-13/16 inches, accompanied by a 36-5/8 inch long ramping length. A steel dock edge or approach ramp is necessary for proper installation. This electric hydraulic leveler offers ease of use; once a truck is backed against the dock, the operator can push and hold the control button to raise the leveler and extend the lip. The unit is equipped with a motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil. The leveler reverts to the stored position only after the truck has departed.
