The Edge-O-Dock leveler is designed for permanent attachment to the face of a dock, recommended for docks that are at least 48 inches high. When the trailer departs, the lip automatically drops behind the bumpers. The unit is provided with bumpers and installation instructions, featuring a standard ramping height of 29 inches, while models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 have a ramping height of 29-13/16 inches, with an additional 36-5/8 inch long ramping length option. Proper installation requires a steel dock edge or approach ramp. The electric hydraulic system is user-friendly; upon backing the truck against the dock, users simply push and hold the control button to raise the leveler and extend the lip. The complete package includes a motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil. The leveler returns to its stored position only after the truck pulls out.
