The Edge-O-Dock leveler is designed for permanent attachment to the face of a dock, ideally for docks of at least 48 inches in height. When a trailer departs, the lip automatically drops behind the face of the bumpers, providing seamless operation. This unit includes bumpers and installation instructions, with a standard ramping height of 29 inches; models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 feature a ramping height of 29-13/16 inches, with a ramping length of 36-5/8 inches available. A steel dock edge or approach ramp is necessary for proper installation. The electric hydraulic Edge-O-Dock is easy to operate; after positioning the truck against the dock, the operator simply pushes and holds the control button, causing the leveler to raise and the lip to extend. The complete package includes the motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil. The unit requires the truck to pull out for the leveler to return to its stored position.
