The fixed-height knockdown industrial steel gantry cranes are uniquely designed for disassembly when not in use, offering a robust solution for transporting and positioning materials along the beam's length. Constructed of heavy-duty welded steel, these cranes ensure long-lasting performance, while the painted blue finish protects against surface wear. Each unit includes four (4) position locking swivel casters, with 2K-4K units featuring glass-filled nylon casters, 6K-8K units equipped with phenolic casters, and the 10K model utilizing steel casters. The rigging can be locked in 1 of 4 positions, allowing for enhanced maneuverability in any direction. With a fixed height for constant use in designated settings, these cranes reduce the need for additional personnel. All units comply with applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910 179, ASME B30 17, and ANSI Z535 4 specifications, and the base dimensions measure 169-1/4" x 64-1/2".
