The dock seal/shelter combination is designed for use with a ninety-six (96) inch wide by one-hundred twenty (120) inch high door. This unit features a unique two-in-one design that provides both a dock seal and dock shelter, maximizing compression for optimal protection. Its top (header) is constructed of Wolmanized lumber with a slope for water runoff, while high-density foam is mounted to treated lumber. Vertical components are mounted on wooden boards, allowing for wall mounting along their length. In applications involving flush dock to building configurations, a twenty (20) inch projection dock seal is utilized. The built-in air tunnels facilitate air escape upon contact with a trailer, and the kit includes mounting hardware and installation instructions for quick and easy installation. The materials used include vinyl-coated nylon, with side bumper crafted from 18 oz. and header flap made from 40 oz.
