The Edge-O-Dock leveler is designed for permanent attachment to the face of a dock, recommended for heights of at least 48 inches. Upon the trailer's departure, the lip automatically drops behind the bumpers, ensuring safety and efficiency. It includes bumpers and installation instructions, with standard ramping measuring 29 inches; specific models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 feature ramping lengths of 29-13/16 inches and a 36-5/8 inch long ramping length option. Proper installation requires a steel dock edge or approach ramp. The electric hydraulic operation simplifies usage: after the truck backs against the dock, the user presses and holds the control button to raise the leveler and extend the lip. The unit comes fully equipped with a motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil. The leveler returns to its stored position automatically when the truck pulls away.
