The Electric Hydraulic Dock Leveler is designed for high usage dock areas and permanently attaches to the face of a dock. It features an advanced hydraulic design with single button operation; the operator simply pushes and holds the "raise" button to activate the hydraulic pump, which raises the deck. Once the deck reaches the raised position, the lip automatically extends for convenient loading and unloading. Upon releasing the "raise" button, the deck descends to rest on the trailer. The control box is equipped with a standard red emergency stop button for enhanced safety. Additionally, when the truck pulls away, the deck descends to the full down position, triggering the limit switch to automatically return to the level cross traffic position. The dock leveler includes telescopic steel toe guards on both sides that are flush with the platform edge and comes with two laminated bumpers for added protection.
