The fully powered electric floor crane features an easy and quick operation, allowing the unit to raise and lower loads with a push of a button, ideal for maneuvering loads in warehouses and trailers. It includes a heavy-duty rigid hook with a safety latch for extended service, as well as high-torque DC drive and lift motors designed for heavy-duty tasks. The floor crane comes equipped with an integral battery charger, a battery level gauge, and an emergency battery disconnect. The truck is designed for smooth movement on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels, while the ergonomic handle offers an easy-to-operate throttle with infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, controlled lift/lower controls, and adjustable length legs. The unit has a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function that enables the emergency reverse belly switch to instantly reverse direction and move the unit forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or 1.5 seconds have elapsed. If the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than 1.5 seconds, the built-in safety circuit will disable the entire unit, requiring a reset to return to normal operation. The crane also incorporates an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates upon release of the handle. It is not recommended for use on inclined surfaces or on declined surfaces greater than 4 degrees. The adjustable legs have a width range of 43-3/4 in. to 58-11/16 in., and the unit has three manual extension holes for added versatility.
