The fully powered shop crane is designed for moving loads quickly, easily, and safely with a power hoist and power in/out boom. It features a 24V DC drive and lift motor, providing the capability to handle heavy-duty jobs. The ergonomic handle includes an easy-to-operate throttle, allowing for infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and a horn. An electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature activates when the user releases the handle. This crane includes two 12V batteries, an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge, capable of 3-4 hours of operation at full charge and up to 8 hours when used intermittently. Additional features include poly-on-steel steer and load wheels, a rigid hook with a safety latch, a counterbalance design for heavy lifting, and fixed legs for constant size. The emergency reverse belly switch allows for instant reversal of direction, while the stand-up user design enables quick action. The crane has a maximum height of 110 inches when extended, with a lift range of 44-1/4 inches when retracted and 97 inches when extended. The drive motor specifications include a DC24V / 0.7KW, and the lift motor is rated at DC24V / 2KW. The battery charger operates at 24V / 12 AMP with a power cord of 115V AC. The minimum service per charge is 8 hours, with a lift speed without load of 0.7 seconds and with load of 0.5 seconds. Lower down speeds are 0.25 seconds without load and 0.75 seconds with load. The travel speed is 2.8 mph without load and 2.18 mph with load.
