The Honeywell Miller® H500 is designed with anatomically and ergonomically designed pressure-relief breathable paddings, enhancing comfort and freedom of movement. Key features include specially formulated webbing that flexes for optimum comfort around the legs and shoulders, a patented shoulder and back padding design that minimizes overhead muscular fatigue, and an anatomically designed waist pad offering ideal foam density for lumbar support. The H500 is lighter and more breathable, keeping workers drier and cooler with a back and shoulder pad that is three times more breathable than alternatives. Additional features consist of a dedicated SRL web link for attaching personal SRLs, user-friendly lanyard keepers, clearly identifiable fall impact indicators, optimized label protection with a Velcro®-label pouch, a visible size label, and an improved stitch pattern for easy inspection. The harness is available with various buckle options, including quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, as well as models featuring front and side D-rings, with aluminum front and back D-rings also available. The H500 is rated to a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs and complies with OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10 standards. The D-ring material is aluminum and steel, while the webbing material is polyester.
