The Honeywell Miller® H500 harness is designed with evidence-based anatomical and ergonomic principles, featuring pressure-relief breathable padding for enhanced comfort and mobility. The lightweight and quick to wear harness incorporates a special waterproof tape that flexes with the user’s movements, along with lateral adjustment straps to optimize ergonomics. It has a maximum weight capacity of 140 kg (approximately 308 lbs). Key features include greater freedom of movement, specially formulated webbing that adapts to body contours for comfort around the legs and shoulders, a patented shoulder and back padding design that reduces muscular fatigue, and improved breathability, being three times more breathable than alternatives. The harness also includes a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal self-retracting lifelines (SRLs), user-friendly lanyard keepers, identifiable fall impact indicators for inspection, optimized label protection with a Velcro®-label pouch, a visible size label, and an improved visible stitch pattern for easy inspection. It offers various model options including quick-connect, mating and tongue buckles, as well as configurations with front D-rings, side D-rings, and aluminum front and back D-rings. The harness meets certifications from OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10, with D-ring material made of steel and webbing made from polyester.
