The Honeywell Miller® H500 is an advanced harness designed for maximum comfort and functionality, featuring anatomically and ergonomically designed pressure-relief paddings for enhanced movement and comfort. It includes specially formulated webbing that adapts to the user's movements and body contours, minimizing overhead muscular fatigue through a patented shoulder and back padding design. The harness is lightweight and three times more breathable compared to alternatives, with a built-in breathable back and shoulder pad that keeps workers drier and cooler. Key features include a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal SRLs, user-friendly lanyard keepers, clearly identifiable fall impact indicators for simple inspections, and optimized label protection with a Velcro®-label pouch. The design also boasts a visible size label and an improved visible stitch pattern for easier inspection, with available quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, as well as options for front and side D-rings, including aluminum variants. The harness is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. and complies with OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10 standards. D-ring materials include aluminum and steel, while the webbing is made of durable polyester.
