The Honeywell Miller® AirCore™ harness with aluminum hardware features lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum components that provide superior performance and comfort, making it up to 24% lighter than similar harnesses. This harness incorporates patented Miller® Duraflex® stretchable webbing to enhance flexibility and comfort, effectively reducing heat and moisture entrapment while minimizing surface area for padding by up to 16%. Its contoured design decreases contact around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs, helping to reduce chafing and irritation. Enhanced usability is ensured with a cam buckle that allows for simultaneous one-hand adjustment of shoulder straps and a quick-connect chest buckle featuring a dual-tab release mechanism for easy donning. The harness includes custom-designed pads for shoulders, lumbar, and legs. Designed for versatility, the harness features a durable, removable lumbar wear pad constructed from lightweight, non-marring materials to protect both the harness and the turbine wall. Additionally, it has a uniquely designed removable belt with tool loops that remains in position when disconnected, even while tools are attached, and an oversized ID tag for quick size identification. The webbing features a distinctive color design for easier identification, greater visibility, and enhanced safety. The harness meets multiple certifications including ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502. The D-ring is made from aluminum, while the webbing is constructed from polyester.
