The Honeywell Miller® Aircore™ harness features lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum hardware, making it up to 24% lighter than similar harnesses, significantly reducing worker fatigue in challenging environments. Its patented Miller® Duraflex® stretchable webbing enhances flexibility and comfort while minimizing heat and moisture retention, keeping workers drier and cooler. The harness design has up to 16% less surface area than competing padding, with a contoured shape that reduces chafing around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs. The cam buckle allows for simultaneous one-hand adjustment of shoulder straps, and the quick-connect chest buckle incorporates a dual tab release mechanism for ease of use. The harness includes pads for shoulders, lumbar, and legs, and features a durable, removable lumbar wear pad that protects the harness and turbine walls from damage. Its removable belt with tool loops remains secure when disconnected, while an oversized ID tag ensures quick size identification. The webbing design enhances visibility for safety. This harness meets various certifications, including ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502. The D-ring material is aluminum, and the webbing material is polyester.
