The Honeywell Miller® Aircore™ harness with aluminum hardware is a high-performance safety harness designed for comfort and usability in demanding work environments. It features lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum components that make it up to 24% lighter than similar harnesses, reducing fatigue and extending service life. The harness includes patented Miller® Duraflex® stretchable webbing, which enhances flexibility and comfort while reducing heat and moisture entrapment to keep workers drier and cooler. With up to 16% less surface area than conventional padding, the contoured design minimizes contact around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs to reduce chafing and irritation. Increased usability is provided through a cam buckle for one-hand adjustment of shoulder straps, a quick-connect chest buckle with a dual tab release mechanism for easy donning, and custom-designed pads for the shoulders, lumbar area, and legs. Additional convenience features include a durable, removable lumbar wear pad made from lightweight, non-marring materials, a uniquely designed removable belt with tool loops that remains in position even when tools are attached, and an oversized ID tag for quick harness size identification. The webbing design offers vibrant colors for easy identification and greater visibility, enhancing overall safety. This harness complies with several certifications, including ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502, and is constructed with aluminum D-rings and polyester webbing.
