The Honeywell Miller® H500 harness features an anatomically and ergonomically designed construction that incorporates evidence-based pressure-relief breathable padding, enhancing comfort and freedom of movement. This lightweight harness is quick to wear and includes unique waterproof tape that flexes to accommodate movement, along with lateral adjustment straps for improved ergonomics. The harness boasts a maximum weight capacity of 140 kg (approximately 308 lbs) and offers greater freedom of movement through specially formulated webbing that contours to the body. It utilizes a patented shoulder and back padding design to minimize muscular fatigue and is designed to be more breathable, keeping workers drier and cooler with a three times improved breathability compared to alternatives. Additional features include a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal self-retracting lifelines (SRLs), user-friendly lanyard keepers, fall impact indicators for inspection, an optimized Velcro®-label pouch for label protection, and clear size labeling. It also offers a visible stitch pattern for easy inspection and is available in models with various D-ring configurations, including quick-connect, mating buckles, front D-rings, side D-rings, and aluminum front and back D-rings, all rated to a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. The harness meets certifications OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10. The D-ring material is steel, and the webbing is made of durable polyester.
