The Honeywell Miller® H500 safety harness is designed to enhance comfort and mobility while incorporating several innovative features, such as a smart anti-tangle solution that facilitates a hassle-free donning experience. This harness provides greater freedom of movement and is constructed with a specially formulated webbing that flexes to accommodate body contours for optimum comfort around the legs and shoulders. It is lighter than previous models and includes detachable soft shoulder pads, user-friendly lanyard keepers for easy attachment of lanyards when not in use, and clearly identifiable fall impact indicators for straightforward inspection. The design includes optimized label protection with a self-contained Velcro®-label pouch and a visible size label for easy identification, along with an improved visible stitch pattern for easier inspection. The harness is available with quick-connect mating and tongue buckles, and models with side D-rings (without shoulder pads) or front D-rings. It is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. Compliance certifications include OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10. The D-ring material is steel, and the webbing is made of durable polyester.
