The Honeywell Miller® H500 is designed to enhance comfort and freedom of movement while incorporating several innovative features. This harness includes specially formulated webbing that flexes to fit the body's contours, ensuring optimum comfort around the legs and shoulders, and it is lighter than previous models. Key features include detachable soft shoulder pads, a smart anti-tangle solution for a hassle-free donning experience, user-friendly lanyard keepers for attaching lanyards when not in use, and clearly identifiable fall impact indicators to facilitate easy inspections. Additionally, it has optimized label protection with a self-contained Velcro®-label pouch, a visible size label, and an improved stitch pattern for easy inspection. The harness is available with quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, with options for models featuring side D-rings (without shoulder pads) or a front D-ring. It is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. and meets the certifications of OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10. The D-ring material is steel, and the webbing is made of polyester.
