The Honeywell Miller® Aircore™ harness with aluminum hardware is engineered for optimal performance and comfort, incorporating lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum components to reduce fatigue in demanding work environments, making it up to 24% lighter than similar harnesses. The Aircore™ harness features patented Miller® Duraflex® stretchable webbing that enhances flexibility and comfort while minimizing heat and moisture entrapment, resulting in a design with up to 16% less surface area compared to other market padding. The contoured harness reduces contact around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs to alleviate chafing and irritation. Enhanced usability is achieved through a cam buckle that allows for simultaneous adjustment of shoulder straps with one-hand release, as well as a quick-connect chest buckle with a dual tab release mechanism for easy donning. The harness includes pads for the shoulders, lumbar, and legs, with a durable removable lumbar wear pad made of lightweight, non-marring materials to prevent damage to both the harness and the turbine wall. A uniquely designed removable belt with tool loops remains in position when disconnected, even when tools are attached, and an oversized ID tag facilitates quick harness size identification. The webbing design features original and vibrant colors for easy identification and increased safety. This harness is certified to meet ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502 standards. The D-ring material is aluminum, and the webbing material is polyester.
