The Honeywell Miller® AirCore™ harness with aluminum hardware features lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum components that enhance performance and comfort, making it up to 24% lighter than similar harnesses. This harness is constructed with patented Miller® Duraflex® stretchable webbing, which increases flexibility and comfort while reducing heat and moisture entrapment to keep workers drier and cooler. The innovative design includes a contoured shape that minimizes contact around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs to reduce chafing and irritation. Usability is improved with a cam buckle for simultaneous shoulder strap adjustment and a quick-connect chest buckle with a dual tab release mechanism for easy donning. It comes with custom-designed pads for the shoulders, lumbar area, and legs. The harness also features a durable, removable lumbar wear pad made from lightweight, non-marring materials, ensuring protection for both the harness and turbine walls. Additionally, it includes a uniquely designed removable belt with tool loops, oversized ID tag for size identification, and webbing in an original vibrant color for enhanced visibility and safety. The harness is compliant with certifications such as ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502. Specific materials used include aluminum for the D-ring and polyester for the webbing.
