The Honeywell Miller® H500 is designed with anatomically and ergonomically shaped pressure-relief breathable paddings, enhancing user comfort and freedom of movement. This harness features a new specially formulated webbing that flexes for optimum fit around the legs and shoulders, as well as a patented shoulder and back padding design that reduces overhead muscular fatigue. The waist pad is anatomically designed with ideal foam density for optimal lumbar support, contributing to its lighter weight and increased breathability, making it three times more breathable than comparable alternatives. The harness includes a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal SRLs, user-friendly lanyard keepers for convenient storage, and identifiable fall impact indicators for straightforward inspection. It is equipped with optimized label protection, a visible size label, and an improved stitch pattern for easy inspection. The H500 is available in models with quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, along with options for front D-rings, side D-rings, and aluminum front and back D-rings. It has a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. and complies with certifications including OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10. The D-ring material consists of aluminum and steel, while the webbing is made from polyester.
